How much to Order
DOUBLE ROLLS VS SINGLE ROLLS
All rolls are DOUBLE rolls and only double rolls may be purchased. Pricing is quoted as a single roll. 2 single rolls = 1 double roll. For example, if your project requires two double rolls, just order 2 rolls. If you need two single rolls, order just one double roll.
LOT NUMBER
It is very important to order the accurate number of rolls, as colors might vary slightly between lots. Printing is done in lots/batches and we can't guarantee a 100% color match between each lot. If in doubt, it's best to check with your installer or ensure you have ordered extra. If you need to order more wallpaper from a certain lot number, please put that lot number into the "Special Instructions and Lot Number Request" box during checkout.
SAMPLES
We offer free shipping of sample orders up to five samples. Samples ship UPS ground in the USA and Canada Post in Canada. Expedited shipping is available for a cost and can be selected at checkout. Please allow 2-7 business days for samples to arrive. We do not offer returns or exchanges on samples.
We offer samples for all of our wallpapers. Purchasing a sample first to check color is something we highly recommend. We take great care with our photography to ensure accurate color representation however colour can vary on different computer screens.
Samples are pre-cut and intended for color matching purposes. They should contain all the colors of the pattern, they likely will not include full elements of the pattern repeat, like a whole flower or emblem.
Return Policy
RETURNS
Non-sale items can be returned for a refund, less shipping, and a 20% restocking fee within 30 days from delivery date provided the product is in its original condition and is returned to us in the original packing, or packaging sufficient to prevent damage. We are unable to accept returns on samples or opened rolls of wallpaper. Please email customerservice@fifthandfoster.com for approval and instructions prior to shipping the item back to us.
Please pack the item well we recommend using the UPS or Canada Post return label so that the shipment can be tracked. We are not responsible for lost packages if returned via customer’s own method or items that are damaged in return shipping.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer traditional exchanges. Exchanges of wallpaper are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items. In order to process a return please follow our return instructions above and then place a new order for the wallpaper you'd like to receive instead.

All sale items are FINAL and non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Our payments are processed by Shopify which features SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. On the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment an icon resembling a padlock is displayed. We do not keep your credit card information on file.

Free Shipping
Yes, we offer free shipping in the contiguous USA and Canada on all wallpaper orders over $99.00. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a shipping charge. We offer free shipping on all sample orders.
US orders ship via UPS ground. Canadian Orders ship via Canada Post (1-8 business days depending on location)
International orders inquire with customerservice@fifthandfoster.com

Shipping lead time is generally 7-10 business days and does not include Saturday or Sunday; many orders take only 3-4 business days.
FREE standard ground shipping is offered on all orders over $99.00 shipping to the contiguous U. S. and Canada
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a shipping charge.
International destinations may be possible but there will always be an additional shipping charge, and you are responsible for any duties or taxes applied by your government. Please email customerservice@fifthandfoster.com to get a shipping quote.
We cannot ship to a post office box number address.
All sample orders are shipped free of charge

Please note that any kind of Free Shipping does not apply to commercial projects.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
REPORT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We inspect and pack our products with care in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If by chance damage does occur, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of order via email at customerservice@fifthandfoster.com to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material. Photos of the damage are extremely helpful. We will replace the item at no additional shipping cost.
